Dress Code
Students enrolled in ballet classes are required to wear a black leotard and pink tights. All other students may wear a leotard and tights of any color.
"Street clothes" are only allowed during Hip-Hop class. However, this is restricted to t-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, running pants, etc. NO JEANS!!
Kinderdancers are required to wear a leotard and tights of any color or style. Leotards with attached skirts are also allowed.
Dance Shoes
The following shoes are required for the following classes:
*Kinderdance: Pink or white ballet shoes; black tie or buckle tap shoes
*Combo Class: Pink or white ballet shoes or tan jazz shoes; black tie or
*Ballet: Girls - pink ballet slippers; Boys - white or black slippers
*Tap: Black "jazz-tap" shoes; boys - black oxfords
*Jazz: Tan jazz shoes (slip-on or tie); boys - black
*Lyrical: No shoes
*Acro: No shoes
*Hip-Hop: Dance Sneakers
Hair
Hair should always be tied back, preferably into a bun or French braid. Loose long hair is distracting and even dangerous, especially when turning.
Large or loose jewelry is not allowed during class.
Classroom Etiquette
*No chewing gum or candy
*No food or drink is permitted on the studio floors
*No running in the center unless directed to do so
*Never walk through a class in progress, but walk around the perimeter of
the dance room
Parent Observation
Parents are welcome to observe classes from the lobby with our closed-circuit television system!!
Performances
In June, there will a recital for all students. This production will showcase all that we have worked on this year. This performance is a professional production and will be in full costume.
High Performance Dance Team
Acceptance as a member of the High Performance Dance Team is by audition after a summer team intensive. This team is for students wishing to be a little more serious about their dance education, and who wish to perform more than in just our Spring production. Please see the Director if you are interested in more information about the Dance Team.
Registration & Tuition Fees
A registration fee of $20.00 assures your child their place in class. This fee is not deducted from tuition. It is a separate fee designed to hold your child's place in class. Registration fees and tuition are non-refundable.
Tuition is calculated on a seasonal basis of 36 weeks, then divided by 10 months. Rates are dependent upon the number of classes taken. Payments may be made monthly or in two bi-annual payments (one in September and one in February). *Save $5.00/month by paying cash before the 1st of the month*

1 Class - $55.00/month
2 Classes - $85.00/month
3 Classes - $105.00/month
Each additional class is an extra $20.00/month
Family Discounts
Our family discount is available to families in which more than one child is attending dance classes. Each child will receive 10% off their monthly tuition.

Dance is an educational, fun and healthy activity that improves the coordination of your child, and promotes quick thinking, discipline and self-confidence. We teach the basic movements and terminology of dance, poise and posture as well as dedication, determination, commitment and good stage presence. We strive to provide the best possible training in a fun and healthy environment.
